Start your journey at the Kandy Lake. From there, head towards the Kandy City Center (KCC), which is about a 10-minute walk. Exit KCC and walk down the Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe Mawatha road. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You'll pass several shops and local eateries along the way. As you approach Kandy Top, keep an eye out for signs. The location is situated on the left side of the road. Look for the entrance that leads to the park area.
Tuk-Tuk
If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any point in Kandy. Simply tell the driver 'Kandy Top' or provide the address: 20000, Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe Mawatha, Kandy 20000. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic, and the drivers are usually familiar with the location.

For those on a budget, you can take a local bus heading towards Katugastota or any bus that passes through Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe Mawatha. Get off at the nearest bus stop to Kandy Top. From there, it's a short walk (about 5-10 minutes) back towards the direction of Kandy Top. Look for signs or ask locals if you’re unsure.
