If you are driving from Kilinochchi town, head east on the A9 road towards Jaffna. After approximately 28 kilometers, take the exit towards Kankesanturai. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the R276 road. Turn left onto R276, and follow the road for another 2 kilometers. The Keerimalai Naguleswaram temple will be on your right at the address R276+9RH, Kankesanturai. There is no parking fee, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

To reach the temple using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Kilinochchi town to Jaffna. The buses are frequent and the fare is approximately 100 LKR. Upon arriving at Jaffna, transfer to a local bus heading to Kankesanturai, which costs around 50 LKR. Once you reach Kankesanturai, you can either walk to the temple (about 10 minutes) or take a tuk-tuk for about 200 LKR. The temple is located at R276+9RH, and it's a well-known destination, so don't hesitate to ask locals for directions if needed.
