    If you're driving, start from Matara city center. Head east on Matara - Weligama Rd (A2) towards Weligama. Continue straight for about 10 kilometers until you reach Weligama. As you approach Weligama, keep an eye out for the signs leading to Telijjawila Rd. Turn left onto Weligama - Telijjawila Rd and continue for about 2 kilometers. The Snake Farm will be on your left, at Udukawa. Look for the entrance marked with signage for the farm.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach the Snake Farm via public transport, take a bus from Matara to Weligama. Buses run frequently from the Matara bus station. Once you arrive in Weligama, you can either take a tuk-tuk or walk. If walking, head east on the main road and look for Weligama - Telijjawila Rd. It is approximately a 30-minute walk (about 2 kilometers) northwest from the Weligama bus station. If taking a tuk-tuk, simply tell the driver you're going to Snake Farm in Udukawa, and they will take you directly there.
