If you're starting from the Matara Railway Station, exit the station and head south on the main road (Galle Road). Continue walking straight for about 1 km until you reach the Matara Beach. The beach is a popular spot for tourists and locals alike, known for its beautiful views and vibrant atmosphere.
Tuk-tuk
For a quick ride, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any point in Matara. Simply tell the driver your destination, such as the Matara Fort or the local market. The average fare is around 100-300 LKR depending on the distance, and you can expect to arrive within 10-15 minutes.
Public Bus
