From Minneriya National Park, head south on the A1 road. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with the A12 road. Turn left onto A12 and drive for about 15 kilometers. After approximately 15 kilometers, turn left onto Galoya Road (4V6P+78Q) and follow the road for about 5 kilometers until you arrive at the entrance of Kaudulla National Park.
