Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, head to the Dambulla-Sigiriya road (A9). From Dambulla, drive approximately 20 kilometers towards Sigiriya. As you approach Sigiriya, look for signs directing you to Water Garden Sigiriya, located in Indigaswewa. Turn onto the road leading to the hotel, which is easily identifiable by its entrance. There is ample parking available on-site.

• Public Bus

  For those using public transportation, take a bus from Dambulla to Sigiriya. Buses frequently depart from the Dambulla bus station, and the journey typically takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sigiriya bus station, you can either take a tuk-tuk or walk to Water Garden Sigiriya, which is about 3 kilometers away. A tuk-tuk ride will cost around 300-400 LKR.

• Tuk-Tuk

  If you're already in Sigiriya, you can hire a tuk-tuk to take you directly to Water Garden Sigiriya. Tuk-tuks are a convenient way to travel short distances in Sri Lanka. The fare from the Sigiriya town center to the hotel should be approximately 300 LKR. Make sure to negotiate the price before starting your journey.

• Walking

  If you're feeling adventurous and are staying nearby, you might consider walking to Water Garden Sigiriya. From Sigiriya, head towards Indigaswewa. The walk is approximately 3 kilometers and should take around 30-40 minutes. Follow the main road, and you'll find signs leading towards the hotel. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
