If you are in the main area of Sigiriya, head towards the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. From the entrance of the fortress, walk along the main path leading to the base of the rock. Turn left onto Thalkotta Rd. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Miniature Water Garden on your right, just off the road.
