If you are driving from Nuwara Eliya town, start on the A5 highway heading northeast. After approximately 5 km, you will see a sign for Shanthipura on your left. Follow the road for about 3 km until you reach the Shanthipura View Point parking area. Parking is typically free, but be mindful of local regulations.
