From the city center of Nuwara Eliya, head towards the main road (A5). Walk straight down the A5 road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Kandy-Mahiyangane-Padiyatalawa Hwy. Continue straight onto the Kandy-Mahiyangane-Padiyatalawa Hwy. Pallekele International Cricket Stadium is approximately 6.5 kilometers from this intersection. You can either continue walking or take a local bus (see below for bus options).

From the Nuwara Eliya bus station, take a bus heading to Kandy. Make sure to confirm with the driver that the bus will stop at Pallekele. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Pallekele, ask the driver to drop you off at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. It's located right off the main road.
