If you are driving from Galle or Matara, take the A2 highway towards Colombo. Continue on the A2 until you reach Elpitiya. At Elpitiya, take the left turn onto the B17 road towards Naranowita. Follow this road for about 5 km. Look for signs indicating Andahelena Ella - Elpitiya Waterfall. There is parking available near the waterfall entrance. Note that the roads can be narrow and winding, so drive carefully.

Public Transportation
From Galle or Matara, you can take a bus to Elpitiya. Buses frequently depart from the central bus stations in both cities. Once you arrive in Elpitiya, you will need to hire a tuk-tuk or a local taxi to take you to Andahelena Ella - Elpitiya Waterfall. The tuk-tuk fare should be around LKR 500 to 1000 depending on negotiation. The ride is about 15-20 minutes.

If you enjoy hiking, you can also park your car in Elpitiya and hike to the waterfall. The trail from Elpitiya to Andahelena Ella is approximately 3 km and takes about an hour on foot. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water. The trail can be steep and uneven in places, so be cautious.
