From Trincomalee town, take a local bus heading towards Kinniya or Muttur. The bus will take you along the A6 route. You need to get off at the junction where the B233 road begins (approximately 8 km from Trincomalee). From there, you can either walk about 2 km along the B233 road towards your right, or hire a tuk-tuk to take you directly to Pashana Pabbatha Rajamaha Viharaya. Bus fare is usually around 50 LKR.
