From any location within Wilpattu National Park, head towards the main entrance of the park. Follow the main road (A12) leading out of the park towards Puttalam. After exiting the park, continue on the A12 for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction at the town of Thanthirimale. Turn left onto Thanthirimale Road and follow it for about 5 kilometers. You will find Tantirimale Rajamaha Viharaya (H7F4+C8W) on your right. There is no entry fee to access the temple area.
