From Kosterhavet National Park, take the ferry from Norrviken to Strömstad (approximately 30 minutes). Once in Strömstad, drive south on E6 towards Tanumshede. Continue on E6 for about 35 km, then take exit 114 towards Tanum. Follow the signs to Tanum, and the Rock Carvings site will be on your right. There is a parking area available at the site. Note that ferry costs may apply, so check the ferry service for current prices.

Public Transportation
Start at Kosterhavet National Park and take a ferry from Norrviken to Strömstad. Once in Strömstad, you can take a bus to Tanumshede. Look for the bus service 'Västtrafik' that operates routes to Tanumshede. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Tanumshede, follow the signs to the Rock Carvings, which is a short walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the bus schedule for timings and possible costs.
