    If you are in the center of Ascona, head toward the lakeside promenade (Lungolago). Walk along the promenade heading south towards the main square (Piazza G. Motta). Once you reach Piazza G. Motta, take the street that leads away from the lake (Via Borgo) and continue straight until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn right onto Via Rinaldo Simen. Continue walking until you reach a small roundabout. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto Via Attilio Binda, which will lead you directly to Piazza del Mercato.
