Walking from the Bern Main Train Station (Bern Hauptbahnhof)
Exit the Bern Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) and head straight down the main street, Bahnhofstrasse. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the Zytglogge clock tower. From Zytglogge, turn right onto Kramgasse, a historic street lined with shops and cafes. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Rathausplatz (City Hall Square). Bern City Hall is located at Rathauspl. 2, right on the square. Look for the large building with a distinctive tower.

Tram from Bern Main Train Station
From the Bern Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 9 towards Guisanplatz Expo. Get off at the 'Zytglogge' stop, which takes about 5 minutes. After exiting the tram, walk straight towards the Zytglogge clock tower. From there, turn right onto Kramgasse and walk for about 5 minutes to reach Rathausplatz. Bern City Hall is at Rathauspl. 2, next to the square.
