Walking

If you're in Locarno, start by heading towards the main train station (Stazione di Locarno). From the station, exit and walk straight onto Via della Stazione. Continue on this road until you reach the lakefront promenade (Lungolago di Locarno). Once at the promenade, turn left and walk along the lakeside path. Keep walking for about 30 minutes, enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. After approximately 2.5 kilometers, you will reach the town of Baveno. As you approach, look for Viale della Vittoria on your right. Follow this road, and you will arrive at Lungolago di Baveno, located at Viale della Vittoria, 54.
Public Transport - Train

From Locarno, make your way to the Locarno train station (Stazione di Locarno). Purchase a ticket for the regional train service towards Domodossola. Board the train and enjoy a scenic ride that takes around 30 minutes. Disembark at the Baveno train station. From the station, exit and head towards Viale della Vittoria. It's a short 10-minute walk to Lungolago di Baveno; simply follow the signs towards the lake, and you will see the promenade.

Head to the Locarno bus station, which is adjacent to the train station. Look for the bus service that goes to Baveno.
