  • Train

    From Lugano, head to the Lugano train station (Stazione FFS). You can take a train towards Lecco. Board the train that is heading to Colico, which is usually labeled as 'Colico' on the display boards. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Colico station, exit the station and turn left onto Via Nazionale. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via alle Torri. Turn right onto Via alle Torri, and you will find Forte Montecchio Nord at number 8.

  • Bus

    From Lugano, go to the main bus station, which is located near the train station. Take the bus number 2 towards 'Colico' or any bus that displays 'Colico' as its destination. The bus ride should take around 1 hour and 30 minutes. When you arrive at Colico, get off at the stop named 'Colico'. From the bus stop, walk towards Via Nazionale and head left. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Via alle Torri. Turn right on Via alle Torri, and you will see Forte Montecchio Nord at number 8.

    If you are already in Colico or nearby, you can walk to Forte Montecchio Nord. Start at the center of Colico, head towards the lakefront, and walk along the promenade. Head north along the lakeside until you reach the traffic circle. From there, take Via Nazionale and continue walking straight.
