Walking
If you are starting from the Lugano train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Piazza Stazione). Continue straight along Via C. Cattaneo, then turn right onto Via Nassa, a popular shopping street. Walk until you reach the end of Via Nassa, where it intersects with Piazza della Riforma. From there, continue straight to Via Bernardino Luini. The Museo d'arte della Svizzera italiana (MASI Lugano) will be on your left at Piazza Bernardino Luini 6.

From the Lugano train station, take bus line 2 or 4 towards 'Pazzallo' or 'Cappella' respectively. Get off at the 'Piazza Riforma' stop. From the bus stop, you can walk to the museum by heading down Via Nassa until you reach Piazza della Riforma.
