Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Lugano Train Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Via Giovanni Battista Pioda. Turn left and walk along this road until you reach the intersection with Via Nassa. Continue straight until you reach the beautiful lakeside promenade, which is a great place to enjoy the view of Lake Lugano. Follow the promenade along the lake until you reach Parco Ciani. From there, take the path leading up towards Parco del Tassino, which will be on your right. The park entrance is well-marked.

From the Lugano Train Station, take bus number 3 towards 'Lugano, Viganello'. Get off at the 'Lugano, Viganello' stop. From there, walk uphill on Via alla Bozzoreda, which will lead you to Parco del Tassino. The park entrance is located at the end of the road. Check local bus schedules for exact times.
