Upon arrival at Varenna-Esino station, exit the train and follow the signs to the ferry terminal, which is a short walk from the station.

At the Varenna ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry that goes to Bellagio. Board the ferry and enjoy the scenic views of Lake Como. After about 15 minutes, you will arrive at the Bellagio ferry terminal. From there, take a short walk to the bus stop and catch a bus or a taxi that will take you to Porto Riva Grande, which is located at 23829 Varenna, Italy. Ensure you inform the driver of your destination.
