Getting There

Walking
From Zermatt railway station, exit the station and head towards Bahnhofstrasse, the main street. Walk along Bahnhofstrasse towards the direction of the Matterhorn. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the end of the street near the Zermatt bus station. Look for signs pointing to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Follow the signs to the valley station of the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car. The Trockener Steg-Matterhorn Talstation is located at the top of the cable car ride.

Once you reach the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise valley station, purchase a ticket for the cable car. Board the cable car towards Trockener Steg. The ride will take approximately 12 minutes, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
