From Iskanderkul Lake, head south towards the town of Marguzar. Follow the main road (M34) for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction near Marguzar village. Turn left onto the road marked for Haft-Kul. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the parking area at the base of the Seventh Lake. There may be a nominal parking fee, so keep some local currency handy.

Public Transportation
Take a shared taxi from Iskanderkul Lake to the town of Marguzar. The fare is usually around 20-30 TJS (Tajik Somoni). Once you arrive in Marguzar, you can either hire a local taxi or join a group to the Seventh Lake for about 40-50 TJS per person. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes from Marguzar to the parking area at the base of the Seventh Lake.
