Walking
From Forodhani Gardens, head towards the main entrance of the gardens that faces the waterfront. Exit the gardens and walk straight onto the Nyumba Ya Moto Street. Continue walking down this street, keeping an eye out for the large white domed building on your right, which is the People's Palace. The Zanzibar Cannons are located just outside the People's Palace. It should take you approximately 5-10 minutes to reach the cannons on foot.
