If you are starting from the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe), head east on Gizenga Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hamamni Street. Turn left onto Hamamni Street, and walk for about 5 minutes. The Shia Ithna Asheri Mosque Nai masjid will be on your right, just past the Hamamni Persian Baths.

From the Forodhani Gardens, exit the gardens and head east along the waterfront. Take a left onto Kenyatta Road, and then turn right onto Hamamni Street. Continue walking along Hamamni Street for about 10 minutes until you see the mosque on your left. It is near the historic Hamamni Persian Baths.
