Bicycle
If you are in the center of Tanga, you can rent a bicycle from various local shops. Head towards the coastline by riding east on Sokoine Road until you reach the junction with the Tanga Coastal Road. Turn left onto Tanga Coastal Road and continue straight for approximately 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Tanga Beach Resort as you approach. The resort will be on your right, just before the entrance to the beach.

Boda Boda (Motorcycle taxi)
From any point in Tanga, find a Boda Boda stand. Inform the driver that you want to go to Tanga Beach Resort. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will navigate through the local streets, and you will travel along the Tanga Coastal Road, passing by scenic views. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of the resort.

Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and are staying in the Tanga city area, you can walk to Tanga Beach Resort. Start at the Tanga Clock Tower and head east along Sokoine Road until you reach the junction with the Tanga Coastal Road. Turn left and follow the road for about 5 kilometers. It's a scenic walk, but be mindful of the weather and stay hydrated. The resort will be on your right as you get closer to the beach.

Look for a local daladala (public minibus) heading towards the beach. You can catch one from the main bus terminal in Tanga. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Tanga Beach Resort. The bus will take you along the Tanga Coastal Road, and you should keep an eye out for the resort as you approach. It will be on your right. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
