Car
If you are driving within Tarangire National Park, head southwest from the main park entrance. Follow the main road until you reach the fork at the Silale Swamp area. Take the left fork and continue straight for about 10 kilometers. Look for the signs leading to Nyikani Tarangire Camp. The camp will be situated on your right side, with a clearly marked entrance.

Public Transportation
For travelers using public transportation, you can arrange a ride to the Tarangire National Park entrance via a local dala-dala (minibus). Once at the entrance, you may need to hire a private vehicle or arrange for a guided tour that can take you to Nyikani Tarangire Camp. It is advisable to pre-book this arrangement, as not all guides will know the exact location. Expect to pay around 30,000 TZS for the dala-dala ride to the entrance, and additional costs for the private vehicle which may vary based on negotiation.
