If you're starting from the Forodhani Gardens, head southeast towards the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). From the Old Fort, continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Cathedral Street. Turn left onto Cathedral Street, and you will find Saint Joseph's Cathedral on your right within a few minutes' walk.
