    Starting from Chattanooga Valley, get on US-27 N. Continue on US-27 N for approximately 7 miles. Take exit 1B toward I-24 W. Merge onto I-24 W and continue for about 2 miles. Take exit 178 for US-41/US-76 toward Lookout Mountain. Merge onto US-41 N and drive for about 2 miles. Turn right onto St Elmo Ave. The Lookout Mountain Incline Railway will be on your left at 3917 St Elmo Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37409. There is a parking lot available for visitors.

    From Chattanooga Valley, you can take the CARTA bus service. Board the bus at the nearest stop and take the Route 4 (St. Elmo) bus towards Downtown Chattanooga. After about 30 minutes, get off at the St. Elmo Ave stop. Walk about 5 minutes west on St. Elmo Ave, and you will reach the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway located at 3917 St Elmo Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37409.
