Driving
From downtown Chattanooga, take Broad Street south, which turns into Lookout Mountain Scenic Highway. Follow this road up Lookout Mountain. As you approach the top, turn left onto Point Park Road. The entrance to Point Park is on the right. Limited free parking is available behind the Lookout Mountain Battlefield Visitor Center. Metered street parking is also available. Parking can fill up quickly, especially during peak season. Cost: Metered street parking is available, but prices vary.

Public Transport
From downtown Chattanooga, take the CARTA Route 15 bus towards St. Elmo. From St. Elmo, you can take a taxi or Uber to Point Park, or you can take the Incline Railway up Lookout Mountain and then walk to Point Park. Cost: CARTA bus: $2 per ride. Incline Railway: $15 per adult for a round trip. Taxis/Rideshares: $10-$15 from St. Elmo to Point Park.

For those who enjoy a longer walk/hike, you can walk from the St. Elmo neighborhood at the base of Lookout Mountain to Point Park. This is a steep climb of approximately 4 miles. Follow the road or access the various trails that lead to the top of Lookout Mountain and Point Park. Cost: Free
