If you are in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga, the National Medal of Honor Heritage Center is conveniently located at 2 W Aquarium Way. From the Chattanooga Riverfront, head southwest towards W Aquarium Way. Continue straight for about 0.2 miles, and you will see the Heritage Center on your left, just past the Tennessee Aquarium. The walk should take approximately 5 minutes.

For those looking to use public transportation, you can catch the CARTA bus service. Find the nearest bus stop on Market Street or Broad Street. The bus routes that service the Riverfront area are Routes 1 and 3. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as it can vary. Once you board, inform the driver you need to get off at the stop nearest to the Tennessee Aquarium. From there, it’s a short walk (about 3 minutes) to the Heritage Center.

If you prefer cycling, there are bike rental stations throughout Downtown Chattanooga. Rent a bike from a nearby station and head towards the Riverfront. Follow the bike lanes on Riverfront Parkway, then turn onto W Aquarium Way. The National Medal of Honor Heritage Center will be directly ahead.
