    If you are travelling by car, begin your journey from Gatlinburg, TN. Head southeast on US-441 S (the Newfound Gap Road) from downtown Gatlinburg. Continue on US-441 S for approximately 4 miles until you reach the Alum Cave Trailhead. Turn left onto the road leading to the trailhead parking area. Please note that parking is limited, and there may be a small fee for parking in the park. The parking lot for the Alum Cave Trail is located at coordinates 35.6349, -83.4406.
