If you are traveling by car, start by heading to Henning, Tennessee. From US-51 N, take the exit for TN-54 W towards Henning. Stay on TN-54 W for approximately 5 miles until you reach the junction with Fort Prudhomme Drive. Turn right onto Fort Prudhomme Drive, and continue for about 1 mile. The Lower Hatchie National Wildlife Refuge will be on your left at 234 Fort Prudhomme Drive, Henning, TN 38041. There are no entrance fees for the refuge.

From Memphis, you will need to arrange for a rideshare service (such as Uber or Lyft) or a rental car to get to Henning, TN. The distance from Memphis to Henning is approximately 60 miles, and the ride will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Henning, follow the car directions provided above to reach the refuge.
