    From Rock City, head west on Raccoon Mountain Road toward the intersection with Highway 41. Turn left onto Highway 41 South. Continue for about 4 miles until you reach the exit for I-24 East. Merge onto I-24 East and drive for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 178 toward US-27 South/Chattanooga, and merge onto US-27 South. Follow US-27 for about 3 miles, then take exit 1A for I-24 W toward Nashville. Stay on I-24 W for about 2 miles. Take exit 178 for US-41 N toward Lookout Mountain. Continue on US-41 N, and after about 1 mile, turn left onto W Hills Drive. Raccoon Mountain Caverns and Campground will be on your right at 319 W Hills Dr, Chattanooga, TN.

    From Rock City, you will need to first get a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus station in Chattanooga, as public transit options directly from Rock City are limited. Once at the station, take the bus route that heads toward the downtown Chattanooga area. After reaching downtown, transfer to the bus that goes towards Lookout Valley. Make sure to check the schedule ahead of time as bus frequencies may vary. You will need to get off at the stop closest to US-41. From there, it will be a short walk to W Hills Drive where Raccoon Mountain Caverns and Campground is located.
