From The Domain, head south on Burnet Road towards the intersection with West 45th Street. Continue straight until you reach North Lamar Boulevard. Turn left onto North Lamar Boulevard and follow it until you reach 15th Street. Turn right onto 15th Street and continue until you reach Red River Street. Finally, turn left onto Red River Street, and you will find the Health Learning Building at 1501 Red River Street, where the Seymour Lipton Catacombs sculpture is located on the fifth floor.

From The Domain, walk to the nearest bus stop on Burnet Road. Take the Capital Metro Bus Route 383 towards Downtown. Get off at the stop at 15th Street and North Lamar Boulevard.
