Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Abuko Nature Reserve, start by heading southeast on the main road out of the reserve. Continue straight until you reach the junction that intersects with the Banjul Highway (also known as the A1 road). Turn right onto the Banjul Highway, following signs towards Serrekunda. After approximately 5 kilometers, take the exit towards Kotu Point. Continue on this road for about 2 kilometers, and you will see GAMBINO WATERSPORTS on your left at Kotu Point, Serrekunda. Parking is usually available nearby.

    To reach GAMBINO WATERSPORTS via public transport, start at the main entrance of Abuko Nature Reserve. Look for a 'Gele-gele' (minibus) heading towards Serrekunda. The fare is usually around 10-20 Dalasi. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Kotu Point. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Kotu Point, GAMBINO WATERSPORTS is a short walk from the drop-off point. Follow the road along the coast, and you will see the establishment on your right.
