Car
From Mount Ramelau, take the main road towards the town of Ainaro. Drive for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach a junction. At the junction, take the road heading towards Ulmera. Continue on this road for about 20 kilometers. As you approach Ulmera, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Rua Praia da Memorial. Turn onto Rua Praia da Memorial and follow it for about 2 kilometers until you reach Gior-Hatta, located at CCJQ+7Q8 Rua Praia da Memorial.
Public Transportation
Start from Mount Ramelau by taking a local bus or shared taxi (known as 'microlet') towards Ainaro. The fare is approximately $2. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you reach Ainaro, transfer to another bus or microlet heading to Ulmera. This leg of the trip will cost around $1.50 and takes about 20 minutes. When you arrive in Ulmera, ask locals for directions to Rua Praia da Memorial. From there, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or hire a motorcycle taxi (costing around $3) to reach Gior-Hatta.
