Getting There

Car
From Pitch Lake, head east on the SS Erin Road. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the Southern Main Road (approximately 10 km). At this intersection, turn right onto the Southern Main Road. Follow this road for about 30 minutes. You will pass through several small villages. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Port of Spain. Once you reach the outskirts of Port of Spain, continue onto the highway towards the city center. As you enter Port of Spain, follow signs for Saint Anns. Esperanza Alta is located at MFPX+679, in the Saint Anns area. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee depending on the time of day.

Public Transportation
From Pitch Lake, you can take a taxi or a local bus to San Fernando. Once in San Fernando, you will need to catch a bus heading to Port of Spain. Buses are frequent and the journey may take around 45 minutes. Upon arrival in Port of Spain, ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to Saint Anns. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi to reach Esperanza Alta at MFPX+679. Note that the total cost for the bus from Pitch Lake to Port of Spain is usually around TT$15-20.
