Getting There

    From Göreme, take the public bus to Ürgüp. The bus station is located in the center of Göreme. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Ürgüp, get off at the main bus terminal. From there, you can either walk towards Ortahisar or take a local dolmuş (shared minibus) that goes to Ortahisar. The dolmuş will drop you off near the entrance of the Kapadokya Yürüyüş Yolu (Cappadocia Walking Trail). Follow the signs along the trail to reach Cruising the Red Hill, which is a well-known spot along this route.

  • Dolmuş (Shared Minibus)

    If you are in Ürgüp, head to the main dolmuş station which is located near the town center. Look for the dolmuş that says 'Ortahisar' on the front. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
