Public Transport - Tram
If you're starting from the Sultanahmet area, walk to the Sultanahmet Tram Station. Take the T1 tram towards Kabataş. Ride for one stop and get off at the Gülhane stop. From there, walk straight down the hill through Gülhane Park until you reach the road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Caferiye Sokak. Turn right onto Caferiye Sokak, and you will find Cafer Ağa Madrasa shortly after on your left at Soğukkuyu Çk. No:5.

If you are in the vicinity of the Blue Mosque, exit the mosque and head towards the Hippodrome. Walk past the German Fountain, and continue straight until you reach the entrance of Gülhane Park. Enter the park and walk through it until you come out on the other side at the road. Turn right and walk along the road until you reach the intersection with Caferiye Sokak. Turn left onto Caferiye Sokak, and Cafer Ağa Madrasa will be located at Soğukkuyu Çk. No:5.

If you are near Taksim Square, take the M2 metro line towards Yenikapı. Get off at the Şişhane Station and transfer to the funicular to Kabataş. From Kabataş, take the T1 tram towards Bağcılar and get off at the Gülhane stop. Walk straight down the hill through Gülhane Park until you reach the road, then continue straight until you reach the intersection with Caferiye Sokak. Turn right onto Caferiye Sokak, and you will find Cafer Ağa Madrasa at Soğukkuyu Çk. No:5.
