From Taksim Square, take the T1 tram line towards Kabataş. Get off at the Sultanahmet stop. Once you exit the tram, walk towards the Hippodrome. The Obelisk of Theodosius is located in the Hippodrome, a short 5-minute walk from the tram stop.
