If you are traveling by car, head towards Jinja city center on the main road (Jinja-Kampala Highway). Once you reach Jinja, look for signs directing you to the Source of the Nile. Turn onto Nile Crescent (also referred to as Nile Cres). Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will see the entrance to the Source of the Nile on your right. There are parking facilities available.

To reach the Source of the Nile using public transportation, take a matatu (shared taxi) from your location in Busoga to Jinja town. These matatus frequently depart from various points in Busoga. Once you arrive in Jinja, head to the main taxi park and look for a matatu heading towards the Source of the Nile. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off close to the entrance. From there, it's a short walk to the main attraction.

If you are already in Jinja and prefer to walk, start at the Jinja main market. Head east towards the Nile River. Continue straight until you reach Nile Crescent (Nile Cres). Turn left onto Nile Cres and walk along the road for about 1 kilometer. You will see the Source of the Nile entrance on your right. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes, as some sections may have uneven terrain.
