After approximately 6 kilometers, you will see signs for the Ugandan Wildlife Service Station. Turn left onto a dirt road (look for the 27V3+72J marker on your GPS) and follow it for about 1 kilometer until you reach the station. Be cautious as the road can be uneven, and ensure your vehicle is suitable for off-road conditions.

Public Transportation (Matatu)
To reach the Ugandan Wildlife Service Station via public transport, go to the main Matatu (shared taxi) stage in Mbale. Look for a Matatu heading towards Wanale or the nearby areas. The fare should be around 2,000 UGX (Ugandan Shillings). Inform the driver you are going to the Ugandan Wildlife Service Station. After about 15-20 minutes, get off when you see the sign for Wanale. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer on the dirt road (27V3+72J) to reach the station. It’s advisable to ask locals for specific directions if unsure.
