If you are in Entebbe, start by heading towards the Entebbe-Kampala Road (also known as the Bombo Road). Cycle north along this main road until you reach the traffic lights at the junction for the Kampala Road. Turn left onto the Kampala Road and continue straight. Keep an eye out for Mulago Referral Hospital on your right. After passing the hospital, look for Old Kira Road on your left. Turn left onto Old Kira Road and continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach Plot 5, Kitante Cl, where the Uganda Museum is located on your left.

From the center of Entebbe, head towards the Entebbe-Kampala Road (Bombo Road). Walk north along this road until you reach the traffic lights at the junction for the Kampala Road. Cross carefully at the traffic lights and then turn left onto Kampala Road. Continue straight ahead, and you will see Mulago Referral Hospital on your right. After passing the hospital, look for Old Kira Road on your left. Turn left onto Old Kira Road and walk for about 1 kilometer until you see Plot 5, Kitante Cl, where the Uganda Museum is located on your left.

Find a boda boda (motorbike taxi) in Entebbe, and tell the driver you want to go to the Uganda Museum on Old Kira Road in Kampala. The driver will take you along the Entebbe-Kampala Road (Bombo Road) towards Kampala. They will navigate through the traffic, and once you reach the area near Mulago Referral Hospital, they will turn left onto Old Kira Road. You will arrive at Plot 5, Kitante Cl, where the Uganda Museum is located.
