Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with Kamuli Road. Turn left onto Kamuli Road and walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Namasuba Road. Cross the road and continue walking straight until you see the sign for Wamala Mosque on your right side. The mosque is located at coordinates 0.394698, 32.5235324.
