Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the city center of Kampala (for example, near the Uganda National Museum), head northeast on Kimathi Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jinja Road. Cross the road and continue walking straight onto Kira Road. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with Gaddafi Road. Turn right onto Gaddafi Road and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will see Gaddafi Mosque on your left. The mosque is located at the address 9G7P+7G4, Gaddafi Cl, Kampala.

  • Bicycle

    From the center of Kampala, rent a bicycle and head northeast. Ride along Kimathi Avenue towards Jinja Road. Once you reach the junction, take a right turn onto Jinja Road and continue cycling straight until you reach Kira Road. Turn right onto Kira Road and cycle for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the traffic lights, turn right onto Gaddafi Road. Gaddafi Mosque will be about 500 meters down the road on your left.
