By car
From Kidepo Valley National Park, drive south on the main road towards Moroto. After approximately 2 hours, you will reach a junction where you will turn left towards Pian Upe Game Reserve. Continue on this road for another 1.5 hours until you reach the entrance gate of the reserve.

Public transportation
There are no direct public transportation options to Pian Upe Game Reserve from Kidepo Valley National Park. The best option would be to take a matatu or bus to Moroto town. From Moroto, you can hire a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) or a private car to take you to Pian Upe Game Reserve. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand.
