    If you are in Mbale town, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Start at the Mbale Central Market and head east on the main road (Jinja Road) for about 3 kilometers. Keep going until you reach the fork in the road near the Mbale Sports Club. Take the left fork onto the Sipi Road, which is well marked. Continue on this road for approximately 10 kilometers, following the signs for Sipi Falls. You will pass through villages and scenic landscapes. Upon reaching Sipi, look for signs directing you to Sipi Falls Tours.

  • Public Transport (Boda Boda)

    From your location in Mbale, you can take a Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi) to Sipi Falls. Head to the nearest Boda Boda stage, which is typically found near the main market or bus station. Tell the driver you want to go to Sipi Falls; they will know the location. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes, and you'll enjoy beautiful views along the way. The driver will drop you off at Sipi Falls Tours or a nearby location where you can walk to the falls.

  • Walking

    If you are adventurous and want to walk to Sipi Falls, start from Mbale Central Market and head east towards the Jinja Road. Once you reach the main road, turn left. Continue straight until you reach the junction at the Mbale Sports Club, where you will take the left fork onto Sipi Road. Note that walking will take several hours, approximately 3-4 hours, and it is advisable to start early in the day to enjoy the hike and reach Sipi before dark. Carry enough water and snacks.
