If you are traveling by car within Mount Elgon National Park, start from the park headquarters located in Budadiri. Head east on the main road towards the town of Mbale. Continue on this road for about 15 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to the trailhead for Muloni Rock. Turn left and drive for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signs directing you towards Kaburon. Follow the signs for another 10 kilometers until you reach the coordinates CHVW+HV2, Kaburon, which is the location of Muloni Rock. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain, as some parts of the road may be unpaved.

To reach Muloni Rock via public transportation, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Mbale to Budadiri. The matatus leave from the main taxi park in Mbale.
