Car
To get to Lake Mburo National Park from Queen Elizabeth National Park by car, start by driving south on the A109 road towards Mbarara. Continue on this road for approximately 170 kilometers until you reach the town of Lyantonde. From Lyantonde, take a left turn onto the Rukungiri-Mbarara Road and continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Lake Mburo National Park.
