If you are traveling by car, start by entering the A96 road towards Elgin from your current location in Aberdeenshire. Continue on the A96 for approximately 25 miles. Just before reaching Elgin, take the exit for the A941 towards Aberlour. Follow the A941 for about 10 miles until you reach Craigellachie. Once in Craigellachie, follow signs for the River Spey. The Old Craigellachie Bridge is located directly over the River Spey in the centre of the village. There is limited parking available nearby, so be sure to check for available spaces.

To reach Old Craigellachie Bridge using public transportation, start by taking a train from Aberdeen to Keith. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. From Keith, catch a bus heading to Aberlour. The bus will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Aberlour, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Craigellachie, which is about 3 miles away. The bridge is located near the centre of Craigellachie, right over the River Spey.
